A valid credit card and full payment are required to confirm your reservation. By completing a booking, you agree to the nightly rate, cleaning fee, and any applicable taxes shown at checkout. All rates are in USD.
Cancellations made 14 or more days before check-in receive a full refund minus the processing fee. Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full reservation amount.
We strongly recommend travel insurance for unexpected circumstances.
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Access instructions will be sent 48 hours before your arrival.
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the condition in which they found it. Excessive cleaning, damage beyond normal wear, or missing items will be billed to the card on file. Please treat the property, dock, kayaks, and grounds with care.
The maximum occupancy for each cottage is noted at booking. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. At Sylvan is a residential lakeside community. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep outdoor music and gatherings at a considerate volume throughout your stay.
Pets are not permitted at At Sylvan without prior written approval. Please inquire before booking if you are traveling with an animal. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the stay.
Use of the dock, kayaks, and lake access is at your own risk. Life jackets are provided and required for all water activities. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the water. At Sylvan assumes no liability for injuries or accidents during water activities.
Smoking is not permitted inside any cottage. The fire pit is available for guest use; please extinguish all fires completely before leaving or going to sleep. Never leave a fire unattended.
At Sylvan / Kacy Investments LLC is not liable for injuries, illness, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to hold At Sylvan harmless from any claims arising from their use of the property.
